Ingredients : Learn How To Make : ചൂടായ പാനിൽ വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ഒഴിച്ച് ചൂടാക്കിയ ശേഷം ചെറിയുള്ളി ചേർത്ത് മൂപ്പിക്കുക. ചതച്ച ഇഞ്ചി, വെളുത്തുള്ളി, പച്ചമുളക്, കറിവേപ്പില എന്നിവ ചേർത്ത് വഴറ്റുക. മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി, മുളകുപൊടി, മല്ലിപ്പൊടി എന്നിവ ചേർത്ത് ചെറിയ തീയിൽ ചൂടാക്കുക. തേങ്ങയും ചെറിയ ഉള്ളിയും ചേർക്കുക. വെള്ളം ഒഴിക്കുക. ആവശ്യത്തിന് ഉപ്പും ചേർക്കാം. വറുത്ത ഉലുവപ്പൊടിയും ചേർക്കാം. ഇനി മീൻ ചേർക്കുക, 5-10 മിനിറ്റിനു ശേഷം കറിവേപ്പില ചേർക്കുക. രുചികരമായ മത്തി മുളകിട്ടത്…
